1. Keep warm especially your lower belly and feet.
2. Sip warm, soothing Ginger Tea.
3. Go easy on your digestive system- avoid junk and processed foods, instead eat more fresh fruits and salads.
4. Take a warm bath- add essential oils and magnesium salts to your water.
5. Avoid caffeine and alcohol.
6. Reduce stimuli and noise. Schedule some alone time and put away your phone.
7. Try gentle stretching (yoga) or a walk in nature.
8. Support your mental health, reduce stress- meditation, mindful movement and good quality sleep.
9. If pain continues, visit a gynecologist to investigate the cause.
